I shortly recognized, through my own personal inner knowledge and the activities of others around me who’d acquired shaktipat, that this heavenly internal energy not merely has the ability to give one the best of mystical activities, but can be a supreme healer. In her goal to take the seeker to the understanding of oneness with Supreme Consciousness, she must help people to remove our inner limitations on the bodily, mental, psychological, psychic and religious levels.
Just like any growth and healing process, being confronted with obstacles, constraints, bad thoughts, negative traits and previous difficult experiences and unresolved dilemmas, may be difficult and occasionally frightening. When combined with powerful, spontaneous experiences of energy going with techniques that the individual does not have any prior instruction, understanding or knowledge of, it can be frustrating, leading the average person to get support from clergy, spiritual advisers, intellectual wellness practitioners and holistic practitioners-many of whom are with a lack of the necessary knowledge and information to provide adequate help, and some of whom may actually misdiagnose the individual’s experience, marking it pathological. Thus it’s critical that anybody providing support to people who have awakened kundalini have understanding and experience of the kundalini process across spiritual cultures.
There are numerous titles for the kundalini across spiritual traditions. A few are: the Tibetan Buddhist tummo, or internal fire, the Chrisitian Sacred Spirity, the Chinese Martial Arts and Healing Arts Chi, and the num of African tribal dacers and healers. When one explores the mystical texts, poetry and anecdotal product of a number of traditions experiential paradigms emerge explaining the awareness and motion with this transforming internal power. The most articulated program may be the Chakra/Nadi program that looks in Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism and Sufism.
In this system the kundalini is awakened and movements up through the central station or sushumna, piercing the chakras or power centers in the delicate, energy body. In the process of going through the chakras the kundalini produces a number of physical, intellectual, mental, psychic and religious experiences. Throughout the Yoga, Tibetan Buddhist and Sufi traditions what may possibly change in describing the paradigm, but they are primarily the same.
The Christian system is less fully articulated, but is hinted at in the Book of Revelations as Steve, following receiving the awakening of the Holy Spirit from Jesus, later experiences a series of mystical visions. In one of them he is revealed the seven closes and the eight spirits of Lord who preside around them. Each seal shows a level of revelation or consciousness. In Kabbalah, the mystical journey of Judaism mystery school utah, there’s an elaborate program of the Tree of Living and the sefiroth.
Note can also be manufactured from the 7 heavens and the Hebrew words or appears applied to attain them. In the Indigenous American custom, the Hopi Formation Story identifies vibrational centers that run across the axis or spinal column. These five stores are located under the navel, in the middle, the throat, just underneath the the top of mind and at the the top of head-a process quite similar to the chakra system.
